Our Ingredients

We only want to serve you the freshest, most delicious, most enjoyable ingredients. That's why all of our fruit toppings and all of the milk we use is organic. And why we use only organic traditional yogurt and all natural Greek yogurt. That's why we use only locally roasted Stumptown coffee beans and why we choose Mariebelle for our hot chocolate and Valrhona French Chocolate for our Chocolate pearls.

We're out on the streets serving it up 7days/week from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays even later, so follow us on Twitter (@joyridetruck) for updates on where we are and where we'll be, or just go to our find us page, for an instant map of our location.
